Andrew is a long-standing member of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA), a registered landscape architect (RLA), a proud husband and father of three, a keen sportsman and traveler. Andrew is passionate about the Australian landscape, smart design and land planning and is a keen supporter of a healthy outdoor lifestyle. Andrew graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1993 and after travelling widely worked alongside many of the profession’s finest practitioners on a variety of high-profile, complex and prestigious landscape and urban design projects including Taronga Zoo, The Vintage and Kooinda golf and residential estates and the Cross City Tunnel.
In 2004 Andrew established CALDESIGN with partner Claudia. Since then Andrew has designed hundreds of private gardens, courtyards, pools and entertaining areas, prepared full DA and complying development submissions, master planned several junior and senior schools campuses across Sydney (both public and private), developed state-of-the-art synthetic playing fields and multi-purpose sports courts, and dealt successfully with heritage-listed and ecologically sensitive landscape projects.

Claudia believes that the family home is a unique place where memories are made and dreams are built and that it should speak of its owners, their personalities and their experiences. She is convinced that only when this is accomplished success is achieved.
Claudia is available for consultations by appointment so call, email or drop into the studio to discuss your project.
