Historic Cloister – St. Maroun’s College

Back in 2000 Andrew prepared a landscape master plan and working drawings for a new senior school campus at St. Maroun’s College in Dulwich Hill. In collaboration with architect Anthony Gan and as part of the government’s BER program CALDESIGN developed a master plan for the up-grading of the college’s primary and middle-school campus. In the heart of the school was the historic cloister and courtyard that had been neglected and run down for years. The first project was to restore the historic cloister with a limited budget in time for the school’s centenary in 2010.

Other work on this project included classroom interiors, kindergarten play areas, shaded seating and student spill-out zones, tree planting and multi-purpose play and sports areas.
