A small rear garden in the heart of Roseville lacked shade in summer and was in need of a complete rethink. Two options were prepared for a swimming pool and a shade structure and complying development plans were prepared for the preferred options. Recently completed the outcome is a neat, resort-style pool and covered entertaining area that flows directly off the living and dining rooms.
The design features a fully-tiled pool with integrated water feature, frameless glass and timber balustrade, a light, translucent shade canopy, separate BBQ nook, LED lighting and a screened utility area.
